This is the second time I have ordered Appetite Away. I really like this product. It definitely helps control my appetite, so I dont wont to snack as much. I usually take one a day, sometimes, but very rarely do I take 2. The bottle says that you can take up to 4 times a day but I find that the one is enough. I would advise anyone to give it a try.
